A1cNow® Self Check

The A1CNow® Self Check test system(% reader) provides a quantitative measurement of the percent of glycated haemoglobin* levels in capillary (fingerstick*) blood samples. The test is for home use to monitor glycaemic control in people with diabetes. 

A1CNow Self Check is well-suited for diabetes patients whose doctors recommend they check their A1C four times per year. (This often includes those whose treatment plan has changed, or who are struggling to meet glycaemic goals. )

• Cartridge pouch x4. Each test cartridge contains:
  
  • 2 dry-reagent strips containing:
  • Anti-HbA1c antibody: latex conjugate, minimum 3 μg HbA1c minimum
    hapten, covalently attached to carrier protein, minimum 0.02 μg.
    
• Shaker pouch x4, each containing:
  • Shaker (1) containing: 0.2% w/v potassium ferricyanide, 2% w/v
    surfactant, 0.7% w/v non-reactive ingredients, 5 mM buffer in water.
