Dual Purpose Neuropathy Screening Device

Neuropen^® is the first dual-purpose, pocket-sized device designed to provide a safe and reliable test for peripheral neuropathy and regular foot screening.

Neuropen^® combines replaceable mono-filaments which exert a force of 10g onto the skin to assess protective touch/pressure sensation in large nerve fibers with a replaceable Neurotip^® which exerts 30g of pressure via a spring loaded mechanism.

Dual Purpose Neuropen^® Features

• Neurotip test for assessing reduced sensation to sharpness/ pain in small nerve fibers. The calibrated spring mechanism exerts a force of 40g to help assess patients.
• Mono-filament test which exerts 10g of pressure for assessing protective touch/pressure sensation in large nerve fibers.
